There is a wonderful smell of baking in the corridors of Holy Trinity today as some of the classes have been making their own pancakes, with help from their teacher. Children accross the school have been enjoying eating pancakes, with lots off different toppings, as part of Pancake Tuesday. Chocolate spread is a favourite topping but some just like a little butter.
