Butterflies
As part of Primary 7’s World Around Us topic ‘Rainforests’ the pupils get to watch the life cycle of a butterfly.
They watch the transformation of baby caterpillars changing into chrysalis’ and then into butterflies – the process of metamorphosis
The pupils then release their butterflies into the wild.
