Our P4 classes enjoyed a visit to Florencecourt house for their end of year trip. They have learnt alot about different types of houses and homes in their recent 'Homes' topic so it was very fitting that they take a guided tour of Flourencecourt house. The children were amazed at the scale of the house with its many floors, rooms, different staircases as well as all the very old artefacts and furniture.
After the house tour they enjoyed lunch on the lawns, a play in the playpark and a walk around the gardens.
