Thank you to Claire and Shauna from the HSC Western Health & Social Care Trust Community Food & Nutrition Team for delivering a very informative and interactive talk to our P7 pupils as part of their LEAD Program.
The pupils gained a wide range of knowledge about the 'Eatwell Plate' and the importance of maintaining a balanced diet. A very engaging session that helped pupils better understand how to make healthy food choices in their everyday lives.
