Last night was the launch of the Couch-2-5K at St. Michael’s running track in preparation for the Spooktacular 5K. A huge well done to everyone who came along on what was a very enjoyable evening. Everyone welcome again next Wednesday from 7-8pm. Spooktacular here we come!
