Feis Fhearmanach

3rd Mar 2026

Bhí lá ghnóthach againn ar an Satharn ag Feis Fhearmanach. Ghlac 20 daltaí páirt ó R2-R7 agus d’éirigh go hiontach leo.

We had a very busy day at the Irish section of Fermanagh Feis on Saturday. A total of 20 pupils from P2 to P7 participated in the competitions, taking home a total of 23 medals.

The event featured two main sections: Comhrá/Irish conversation and Dánta/ Irish poem recitation. Some of the children took part in both competitions, demonstrating their skills and enthusiasm across different aspects of the Irish language. A great start to Seachtain na Gaeilge. Maith sibh!

Congratulations to all the children who took part in the Feis Irish Conversation or Poem recitation section, Mrs Kelly is very proud of you all.  Well done to the children who won medals and to those who received Highly Commended certificates.
