The children at KS1 (Mill Street) really got into the spirit of 'World Book Day'. Lots of them dressed up as their favourite character, the school was so colourful with all the wonderful outfits. Local Author, Laura Quinn, took time to read to many of the classes throughout the morning. Laura was overwhelmed by the wonderful reception she had from the children. Thank you Laura, the children really enjoyed the readings.
