Holy Trinity Primary and Nursery school, Enniskillen has been awarded the Eco-Schools Green Flag again this year. This is the fifth time in succession that our school has earned the Eco-Schools flag and we are delighted.
This notable award is applied for every two years by our World Around Us Co-ordinator, Mrs Gormley. As part of the application process a range of evidence is passed to the assessors, illustrating how our school is helping our environment, raising awareness of local and global issues as well as trying new initiatives (i.e. healthy eating and outdoor play).
We were delighted to receive our new flag and certificate at an award ceremony held at the Bawnacre, irvinestown, in June. 👏👏 Keep up the great work everyone.
