On Sunday 26th February I competed in the Cavan Wrestling Championships. It was amazing.
This was my first wrestling competition and I had been so looking forward to it! I was shocked when I heard I was to wrestle first but I was so ready to compete. Sadly I did not win but i did receive a runner up silver medal. All my hard work paid off.
It had been a long day but in the end it was really worth it. By Shannon, P6
