Mrs McDonnell's P4 Baking club afterschool class ran at Mill street for 5 weeks last term. The children learnt how to weigh, measure, sift and mix lots of different ingredients over the 5 weeks. They made Malteser Cheese cake, Rocky Roads, Apple Crumble, Swiss Rolls and Fifteen’s. Thank you Mrs McDonnell.
